On Ashwin 20, 2081, Garima Capital Limited and Star Micro Insurance Company Limited finalized their agreement for IPO underwriting management. Through this agreement, Star Micro Insurance has committed to a full guarantee of NPR 22.5 million, covering 100% of the shares, totaling 2.25 million.
The contract was signed on Ashwin 20 by Nirmal Bhattarai, CEO of Garima Capital, and Bishwo Ram Timila, CEO of Star Micro Insurance. Star Micro Insurance, registered on Poush 14, 2079, has been active in the micro non-life insurance sector since Bhadra 1, 2080.
Garima capital, a licensed merchant banker and a subsidiary of Garima Bikas Bank, provides various investment management services, including Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Depository Participant services, and securities underwriting.
The company plans to gradually launch a series of closed and open-ended plans. All services are available through the branches of Garima Bikas Bank, with a strong commitment to improving customer service through innovative technology and strategic partnerships.
