A total of 721,449 units of promoter shares of NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMBMF) have been converted into public shares, adjusting the company’s promoter-to-public share ratio to 60:40.
Currently, the company has 7,214,491.48 unit shares listed on NEPSE. Previously, the shareholding structure comprised 70% promoter shares (5,050,144.04 units) and 30% public shares (2,164,347.44 units). After the conversion, the structure now stands at 60% promoter shares (4,328,695.04 units) and 40% public shares (2,885,796.44 units).
