Liberty Energy Company Limited (LEC) has announced the issuance of 50% right shares through the publication of an offer letter.
As detailed in the offer letter, applications for the right shares, offered at a ratio of 1:0.50, will open from Mangsir 16 and remain available until Poush 7, 2081. The company plans to issue 75,00,000 units of right shares, valued at Rs. 75 Crores, exclusively to its existing shareholders. Currently, LEC’s paid-up capital stands at Rs. 1.50 Arba, which will increase to Rs. 2.25 Arba upon the allocation of these shares.
Prabhu Capital Limited has been designated as the issue manager for this process.
