The Cabinet meeting on Monday appointed Santosh Narayan Shrestha as the Chairman of the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).
Shrestha, a seasoned professional, previously served as a board member of the Nepal Electricity Authority and holds a Master’s degree in Business Studies (MBS). The position of SEBON chairman had been vacant since Poush 20, 2080. Shrestha’s appointment is expected to enhance the board’s leadership and operational effectiveness.
