Spanning a total of 91.50 dhur, the property includes plot numbers 476, 477, and 3158. The acquisition, finalized on Kartik 28, 2081, was completed at a total cost of Rs. 16,79,56,889, which includes a registration fee of Rs. 72,32,594. This property will be used for the business and office operations of Nepal Life Insurance Company.
