Ridi Power Limited conducted its 23rdAnnual General Meeting (AGM)at Hotel Crystal Pashupati, Gaushala, under the chairmanship of Kuber Mani Nepal. During the meeting, significant resolutions were passed, including the approval of financial reports for fiscal year 2080/81, the appointment of an external auditor for fiscal year 2081/82, and the sanctioning of a short-term loan for the maintenance of the Iwakhola Hydroelectric Project.
Key resolutions included approving an NPR 77.44 million investment in Sajha Power Ltd., authorizing amendments to the company’s by-laws, and empowering the board to sell company assets if necessary. Santosh Adhikari was appointed as a board member. The AGM witnessed strong shareholder engagement, representing an important milestone in the company’s financial and strategic development.
