Sayapatri Hydropower Limited (SHL) has proposed a 1:1 ratio for issuing right shares, meaning shareholders will receive 100% right shares. The decision, made during the 76th board meeting on Mangsir 2, 2081, aims to issue 3,000,000 right shares, which will double the company’s paid-up capital from Rs. 30 Crore to Rs. 60 Crore. The funds raised will be used to pay off the company’s debts and liabilities and for the maintenance and repair of the Dharam Khola ‘A‘ Hydropower Project. However, the issuance is subject to approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). SPHL’s shares closed at Rs. 796.00.
