NIMB Ace Capital has been appointed as the Issue and Sales Manager for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 2,500,000 ordinary shares of Shree Sasha Engineering Hydropower Limited, accounting for 20% of the company’s issued capital.
Established in 2007, Sasha Engineering Hydropower operates a 30-megawatt hydropower project in Dolakha, utilizing water from Khani Khola. The project is nearing completion, with 95% of the work finished. The company has secured a power purchase agreement with the Nepal Electricity Authority.
The IPO agreement was formalized with a signing event attended by Pavitra Kumar Karki, Chairman of Sasha Engineering Hydropower, and Shivant Bahadur Pande, CEO of NIMB Ace Capital, along with other key representatives.
