Supermai Hydropower Limited (SMH) has scheduled its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 28th Mangsir, 2081, at Lisara Receptions, Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 4 PM.
One of the key agendas of the meeting is the endorsement of a 12.63% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81, as proposed during the 108th board meeting held on Bhadra 17. The company, with a paid-up capital of Rs. 50 Crores, has proposed distributing 7% bonus shares worth Rs. 3.50 Crores and a 5.63% cash dividend (including tax) amounting to Rs. 2.81 Crores.
Additionally, the AGM will discuss and approve the auditor’s report, profit and loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow statements. It will also finalize the appointment of an auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
