Yeti Brewery Limited Is Planning To Issue IPOs Through Book Building Method – IPO News Nepal

Yeti Brewery Limited has announced its 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Magh 25, 2080. The meeting is set to take place at the company’s head office in Lazimpat, Kathmandu.

A significant item on the AGM agenda is the proposal to approve a substantial 200% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. This involves distributing 100% in bonus shares and 100% in cash dividends.

Additionally, discussions during the AGM will focus on potential changes to the ownership structure within both the promoter and public shareholding groups. The suggested adjustment aims to keep 85% ownership within the promoter shareholding group while allocating 15% to the public shareholding group.

In another significant aspect, the AGM will delve into the Book Building process for the upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO) while keeping the Par Value of the company at Rs 50. The AGM will provide the board of directors with full authority to undertake necessary actions for issuing IPO shares through the book-building method.

The total units to be issued to general public is yet to be revealed. Also, the minimum units to be applied and share price of the company per share will be disclosed after the AGM which will take place on Magh 25, 2080.
