IME Limited has scheduled its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the 24th of Mangsir, 2081. The meeting will take place at the Company Register’s office in Panipokhari, Kathmandu, beginning at 4 PM.
The agenda for the AGM includes the following:
Approval of the company’s annual report.
Approval of the auditor’s report for 2080/81, including the profit and loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Election of the board of directors.
Distribution of dividends to shareholders.
Issuance of an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the public.
Approval of amendments to the company’s rules and regulations.
