Prabhu Capital Limited (PRABHU) has scheduled its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Kartik 30, 2081. The meeting will take place at the Royal Singi Hotel in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, starting at 1:00 PM
The meeting agenda includes:
- Approval of financial reports for the fiscal year 2080/81.
- Approval of the auditor’s report, along with profit and loss statements, balance sheet, financial statements, and cash flow report for FY 2080/81.
- Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for FY 2081/82.
- Distribution of a 7.3684% cash dividend from the profit earned in FY 2080/81, inclusive of taxes.
- Election of the Director.
